Great experience taking my dad in for bottom dentures after the dog chewed his. He is thrilled with them, she makes them onsite and is very talented. Had his new ones two days after she took the mould. Highly recommend, very good price too. Thankyou very much !!

It is now almost a month since I had a new full set of dentures made by Janice. The bottom set of my previous dentures snapped in half when the fell to the floor on Sunday 7th August which, of course, prompted an immediate web search for some help. Two companies caught my eye but I chose to go to Gold Smile Dentures as I noted that Janice appeared on both these websites. After running my own business as a sole operator for more than fifty years, I felt that this fellow sole operator should get my business. Being a Sunday, I dutifully filled in the request on the Gold Smile website and left my contact details for a reply next day. To my astonishment, a reply came through in minutes and I opted for an appointment on Tuesday 9th, which suited me better than the one Janice offered me for Monday. 11.30am I presented and was really impressed, yet again, by the welcome I received and the obvious knowledge and friendly help which Janice was able to impart. A repair was offered but as my old set were really worn out, I requested a new full set be made. Impressions were carried out swiftly and I was asked to come back on Friday to pick them up! Surprise number three! A MUCH faster service than I was expecting. Friday 12th August, 11.30am my dentures were ready. Offers of adjustments were made and accepted and I have been back once to have some fine tuning done. Again, the friendly welcome and a fast and professional adjustment was made. Tomorrow will mark a month with my new set and I am really happy with them. Thank you so very much Janice. Your business deserves to flourish. Richard Wilhelm.

Great service. A must go to. My denture was broken in half. I had text about 10pm at night for emergency repair appointment. I got a pH call 9am the next morning. My denture was repaired by 1pm that day. Also affordable service. Very happy customer,

Great service with a smile. My denture broke, I rang and got an appointment for 10am the following day . Well I picked up my repaired denture at 11.15am that same day. Very good communication 5/5 Extremely friendly service 5/5 Easy parking 5/5 Fast repair 5/5 Repair better than original 5/5 Great price 5/5 I couldnt recommend Gold Smile Dentures highly enough , from the first contact to leaving with my smile was made extremely painless and very easy .
