Providor Gifts

The gift was loved! However, the reason I gave it a 1 star is that my family ordered the gift weeks in advance to be delivered on 11/10/22 as an anniversary gift and not only did it arrive the day after but I had to make almost 5 calls to the couriers and the gift shop and I was promised it'd arrive on 11/10/22 only for them to keep pushing it further and further. I completely understand that it was the couriers but if this was how it was going to be then I wouldn't have set a specific date because what's the point of delivering an anniversary gift late if I had the assurance that it'd be on time? I also called both ends and they were telling me it's the other party's responsibility and this isn't what a customer should be needing to hear, I appreciate the staffs' service during this but we shouldn't have needed to get to that point. I hope it works for someone else but we will not be ordering from here anymore sorry. I never write reviews like this but my family was hugely disappointed in this.

Was looking for a gift basket for a team member to celebrate their wedding, Providore had a great selection and while browsing the site, interacted with them via their chat and was able to modify a standard item to suit. Item was delivered in perfect condition and very appreciated. Thanks Providore, stunning customer engagement and experience!

Incredible customer service, the friendliest staff and the BEST gift baskets around. I was 'that person' who wanted to add something extra to an already awesome gift basket, the staff were so helpful, nothing was a problem. The gift basket was delivered the next morning to a very happy client. They even sent me a treat. Thanks so much team, 100% recommend. I will be purchasing more gift baskets in the future.

Excellent service, beautifully presented and a great experience. AAA+++ I recently purchased the 'Bourbon Man' gift pack with the Woodford Reserve 700ml bottle from Prodidore Gifts for a special gift for a retiring work colleague in Christchurch New Zealand. I was told it arrived on time and was beautifully presented, along with the gift card with my message I had requested to be written on it. I was extremely grateful to Providore Gifts for arranging this on my behalf from across the ditch in Australia. The lady I spoke to on the phone prior to me making the payment also reassured me that my order would be processed immediately and delivered on time the following day. All in all excellent service and a great experience, 5 Stars. Thank you.
