Terrible I made an order over 7days ago and haven't heard a peep from anybody about this, I paid 259$ and subscribed to the 8 week meals. I have emailed and contacted through the live chat on your web page zero response. Would not recommend and I want a full refund.

Have been good in the past, but recent orders have been plagued with process defects.

There is always some or the other issue with delivering the meals. Definitely understandable if it is a one-off or happens sometimes. But 99% of the time, they will come up with some or the other excuse as to why the meal box cannot be delivered on time.

Please, avoid them at any cost. Terrible service, lack of communication. Unfortunately, they had structural problems in the factory and for this reason, they weren't able to produce any fresh meal. Ok, i understand that situation....but i can't understand why every 2 weeks they send the same email (copied and pasted just changing the dates) saying that the repairs were taking more time.... They offered and alternative of frozen meals (where you cannot select nothing, and the taste was good in a few, but really poor in the majority). And now, they are excusing that the deliveries are late due to courier problems. Excuses, excuses and more excuses. Terrible perfomance, not really good taste in all meals, poor service and an incredible lack of communication. And also, THEY ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE company comparing with their competitor....guys you won't remain open if you continue offering this horrible service.

Meals are great, customer service is a 0/10, last 3 weeks have been no deliveries, no communication until I query what happened then they say sorry, next week, each week then fail to deliver. Only communication is to ask for me to review? Okay, here's your review. Edit to your reply: Now 4 weeks and still no delivery, so I assume delayed yet another week? Yet I see you have charged me for next weeks already! I still haven't received the order I paid for a month ago now, still no communication on what's happening for the order I was meant to receive yesterday, just charge me for another week and expect me not to notice? Yeah no thanks, cancelling. Update: oh they just lost an entire pallet of food this week, no biggie.. no need to let the customer know until yet again I have to ask? Cancelled and joined another provider that's 10% cheaper, has double the reviews and 4.9 stars, should have looked at the reviews first.
