WarmthNZ supplied a replacement heat pump (supplied by a third party) to our existing underfloor system of seven years. From initial contact the knowledge, experience, of underfloor systems ensured we were in good hands. The install team were professional and friendly, the heat pump supplied is quiet and easy to operate and our power bill has reduced. Our home is warm again as only Hydronic underfloor can do. This review is 2 years overdue, but in a way its good as I can do it with all the experience that goes with it. We spent long time researching and decided to go with air to water underfloor heating system, and didn't disappoint! The power bill is less than we paid previously and no need for adjusting of temperature, no chill mornings , really really great system.. One more thing needs a mention, the people that made all of this possible.. from original contact with Martin, than with installing crew that worked really well with builders, and than Hanshu & John, who didn't mind coming over to check the system even though it was late evening and public holiday.. really appreciate the effort guys and wish you many more successful projects.. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!!!
