Heaps better than your standard electrician! Would highly recommend Smart Systems as they were able to provide some really initiative solutions at really affordable cost.

The initial sales side was good, but the communication on the installation wasn"t clear and was left with a hole in the wall and damaged fuse box which has\is being ignored, but feel that I have rung enough and now need to find my own solution

we purchased our solar system on the understanding this was a one stop solution ( we pay they sort everything out its set up and running ) we where very happy with the sales side we where told they had everything in stock no need to wait for stuff to arrive so we signed the contract paid the deposit and then didn't hear anything after calling many times and been passed from one person to another we felt we where just getting mucked around so asked for our money back . well well it turns out they where coming the next day which we had no notice of so my partner had to organize to work from home at last minute installers arrived and installed great work guys clean tidy professional installation it turns out we have to sort meters for power buy back initial sales pitch was all this was sorted .after we found this out which delayed things another 12 days to get this done (in fairness it did say this in the small print but as we discussed initially we wanted a one stop solution ) had we known we would have sorted so no delay . know it is signed off on the 14/10/22 we have been trying to get them to come out to turn on and setup and show how to use the system as the owners manuals are kept by them until they come and set it up. well we are still waiting as getting feed up trying to get this done ive tried to find a manual and model of our inverter so i can download the app but have had no luck and feel if i down load and setup incorrectly we would not be covered by warranty . we know that we have missed some lovely sunny buy back weather while waiting . and at this stage 8/11/22 we are still waiting and wasting generated power .
