First time ever worst customer service experience in New Zealand. Trade Depot What a pathetic customer service, I was bought the one chest freezer from trade depot online store. They send me estimate Price of freezer with free delivery from Hamilton to Christchurch. Order estimate number E75168 .I pay them immediately. After 4 days later someone called me and said he make mistakes So I have to pay $270 dollars delivery cost. Although I was not happy, I was forced to agree. After I bought the fridge, Order Number X2416004 .based on their words, I was order some frozen items from Auclund. Today my product is here but they not deliver my freezer. But After 8 days today they said I have to pay $600 dollars more delivery cost,Also its take 2/3 weeks delivery from Hemilton to Christchurch to me.. Other wise I have to cancel my order.. This is really inhumane treatment done to me..so if there is any Human to judge this injustice.. Then I went to Christchurch store . Christchurch Ritail manger Sachin Vohra trying to help me.. he called and emailed so many times Hamilton brunch manger.. but he not cooperate with us . Be very cautious about this company. Only received 2 out of three parcels from my paid for order. I email and phoned to find out where my other parcel was. I had to track through courier to find it was over weight. Trade depot promised me it would be sent last Thursday through Mainfreight. Parcel has still not arrived. Tradedepot now say it has not left CHCH and should be sent maybe the end of this week. At first Tradedepot told me I was wrong about the parcels departure from CHCH then admitted that they had not sent the parcel after I told then I was going to cancel the payment for the product. Dodgy Dodgy service, and as yet I haven't seen product I'm a bit worried about that now too

Bought a freezer from Trade Depot Christchurch, was told it would be ready in a few weeks to be picked up. Few weeks went by and didnt have any text to say ready to be picked up. Constantly tried calling them but get the automated sorry all our workers are busy, try again later or try online . Try online and same thing, wait for us to switch you over to a staff member never happens given up waiting. Got through to a person once all for the call to randomly get disconnected and tried calling back all for the same automated message. Not happy

So had a problem breaking our door on our amazing Midea Heat pump dryer. We broke the door ourselves. The manager Sachin Vohra was amazing and managed to get us another. Couldn't of been more helpful and saved us claiming on insurance for something we did. Highly recommend coming in to Christchurch just to deal with him and the heatpump dryer has halved our power bill.
