She was treated so well and the entire staff made her feel special & important.
Nothing was a bother and everyone was happy to assist her.
Every phone call I made, I heard for myself the caring kindness directed towards mum, getting her set up to take the phone/video call.
I always felt welcome to make enquiries, Sarah (manager) and Kate (admin) answered all my queries and supported me in everything I needed.
Such a lovely, clean homely environment with beautiful gardens.
Thankyou soo much to the entire team, I am very comforted knowing how gently you interacted and cared for my mother.
