        They gave us a verbal quote for cutting a manhole and then sent us an invoice with additional charges on it which was over double the price. When we questioned this we were simply told "Oh you just don't know until you get under there". Well you got under there and you still didn't bother saying anything to us just sent an invoice which you then weren't even interested in discussing. They did do amazing job installing a new heatpump and were reasonably priced for that thou.
