        Surely there is a minimum temperature for storing ice cream safely. This was more a thickshake, and other flavours at the counter had obviously melted as well. The chocolate dip was more a sauce that never set. Quality mismatched with price. Rotorua branch puts this shop to shame! Staff friendly but bad product let them down.
