We had to keep chasing the company for pick up time, its either they forget or they come way early. The car was delivered dirty, and now the gearbox is not working where it was previously working just fine. I cant even be bothered to call to get assistance as I see from other reviews Im not going to get any. Very disappointed.

Was riding my horse and the driver did not take heed of my frantic warning to slow down or stop, my horse was spinning around and he just kept going while I was on the side of the road. If I fell off (and it was very close) the horse could have run into oncoming traffic. It is in the road rules to go slow and wide but it is common decency to help out when someone is obviously showing that they need you to slow down or stop.

Don't normally bother posting negative reviews, but this company is an "avoid at all costs" Over two weeks ago I arranged (and paid - they make you pay upfront) for the transport of my vehicle from Featherston near Wellington to Christchurch. Have had no communication other than chasing them up myself, and 2 weeks on I'm told my vehicle is still "at the docks" in Wellington collecting sea spray. ETA on my delivery at the time of booking was 7 days, and by the sounds of things it's going to be at least another week or maybe two. I've had to borrow a car in the meantime. Every time I've called I get every excuse under the sun and told they are "working through a backlog" I would suggest this company needs to take a look at their operating model if this they are so far behind on the work. Would never use again - avoid this company at all costs!
