        Alexa greeted us warmly on entry and let us walk around the showroom before joining us with freshly brewed coffee and a hot water. We found her refreshing, enthusiastic about the product and very knowledgeable. In fact we were surprised to learn she had only been there for three years, as her technical knowledge of each component and how it worked was very in-depth. Front of house staff are the key to any successful business and Alexa is the perfect person for this role.

        Couldnt believe the quick support I received from all staff. The team who took my call were so helpful. The technician was there within hours and Dennis was fantastic! Took care of my issue and sorted with a new part - only 24hrs later, all done! Thank you so much
