Went in on a Saturday as I couldnt get into see a GP. I was seen very quickly, Staff were absolutely lovely and even phoned me on Monday to check in on how I was.

Bad experience ever in this clinic. The receptionist kept saying that 2 people are ahead and they don't even prioritize people according to the serious issues. Not so helpful even if the clinic is next door. It's so frustrating to sit and wait when your pain is unbearable.

Repeating "you are at position x" when on hold every 3 seconds is actually psychological torture. I hope you all get a stone in your shoes you are the worst

There has been a big turnover rate in GPs in the last year, with not much effort on continuity of care. Someone wrote a review around a year ago and got a response that the focus would be returning to the care of patients as they could reduce the focus on pandemic response commitments but unfortunately this doesnt seem to be the case. Several of the doctors who have started in the last few months havent continued the welcoming, helpful, family focused care that this clinic used to provide, and I havent had any doctors really listen to my medical needs - instead have had blunt comments and constant barriers even to just get my regular medications. The exception is that the nurses have continued to be friendly and have done as much as possible to help.
