Well, I'm overdue to submitting this. I have found staff very helpful. It's great having a postal service there now. Staff have been very professional when responding to inquiries and sorting out anything out. When the boxes changed and moved due to the postal service for this area being increased, I requested a PO Box change, and this was done without a problem. Appreciate the extra effort taken. No parcel redelivery and impossible hours to collect from. They have literally hundreds of parcels they either send back to sender or destroy per week.
