        I had been referred by my Doctor and had booked an appointment. I turn up for the appointment to find that I had not been booked in and the receptionist proceeded to tell me "no, I can rebook" and wanted to send me away even after I had requested she check with other staff that might know more about my booking. I suggested she check with other staff and was told "no, I can rebook you" again. It wasn't until another staff member had come out and asked "is everything okay?". I got my appointment in the end and the physio therapist was great but poor service at the front desk.

        Been coming in for back pain, Alex is the go to guy! he really knows his stuff and always making progress on my recovery , polite friendly welcoming and always up for a yarn Cheers Alex

        Have tried so many other methods and places around NZ but Alex Mohai has really helped me get on top of neck and shoulder pain and migraines. He really knows what hes doing, and talking about. Could not recommend more.
