Mainfreight Transport - Christchurch

Because I am a domestic customer goods arrived in Christchurch took e-mails and waiting but 7 working day's for last 5 km from depot to residential address

They pick up when they want, sometimes not at all, despite services being booked in well in advance. Nothing will be communicated. They probably dont know what communication is and why its a valuable thing to do. Their lack of service and communication has knock-on effects for people who are paying them money, but they do not care. Typical example of a sloppy, couldnt care less, shell be right eh bro nz company and its utterly pathetic.

For such a large organisation their lack of communication is shocking. Definitely something they need to work on. Pick up a phone or respond to an email and let your customers know what's going on. Had one of their drivers deliver a consignment when advised that nobody would be available to accept it. Even had their driver forge my signature on a proof of delivery and advise on another delivery that it wasn't required. Would love to know what would happen in that scenario if freight was missing or damaged. Would not recommend using them if you have an alternative.
