Great service, went in for shoes, picked out a pair, and they were great. The staff member made a suggestion on a different pair. Tried them on, even better. One pair of shoes and two pairs of pants later, great service. Worn all 3 now, I'm impressed with all.

The most uncomfortable pair of sandals I ever purchased. Avoid buying sample shoes. I understand if they were cheap, but paying $80 and getting sore feet from 30 min walk,- thats sample gone wrong, which they are not accepting back. Might as well throw them now. I had a feeling this was a reputable brand with comfy shoes, hence why I didnt think twice when I bought them. Very disappointing. They offered a discount for next purchase which obviously is not gonna happen. Sample in my opinion should be free or at a very low cost so brands could get a feedback on customer comfort. Sample doesnt mean rip customers off and dont care if they have to struggle with your uncomfortable product. Maybe your policy needs reviewing.
