        The worst experience ever. Had to pick up up 6 large items we ordered through freedom furniture. On the phone when I questioned how big the items were I was told they have no idea and there was zero intrest in finding out. When I arrived I was made to feel like the biggest inconvenience, the man that spoke to me on the phone and in person was extremely rude and I was offered zero help to lift the items, they were just dumped on the pickup bay. There was no checking of id or paper work, so anyone that knew my name could have very easily picked up my items. If this is who freedom furniture or any other business will continue to use as their pickup facility I will simply shop elsewhere to avoid this place.
