        I've never stuck to a gym or fitness regime longterm. I'm nearly 1 year with Limit zero and couldn't feel happier with how I'm feeling. I think Limit zero brings inclusiveness with great everyday people. The trainers are awesome, they make me work hard and feel good for it. Thanks Limit zero.

        My Wife and I joined Limit Zero about 5 years ago and this personal gym has become very much part of our lives...Probably the best gym I have ever been to, this in no small part due to the genuine care and interest displayed by Blair and his trainers without exception...Their level of technical competence and range of exercises is very high and this combination really makes each session a privilege and a pleasure.

Blair and the team are skilled, caring trainers who challenge and motivate to get the best out of every session. I also really appreciate the friendly, welcoming atmosphere at Limit Zero.
