Review of Sarah Fidow, Real Estate Agent: We had bought our house through Sarah two years prior, and when we came to sell, the decision to choose her was easy. She is engaging, accessible and understands the market well. She gave us a clear outline of the process from the beginning, including options, costs and expectations. That process progressed well and we felt in the loop every step of the way. We felt that we were in control of the process and the timeline, but Sarah was also ready to give advice about how to best bring the house to market. Whilst she works for a large firm, all our interactions were through her so it felt personal, but we also had the marketing and buyer access benefits of a large firm. She has a good idea of what the potential buyers would look for, and gave wise advice around how to best prepare and market the property. We had moved city when the house went to auction, and she made the communication and auction process easy. We really appreciated her professional work.
