Quick to quote, very slow to do the work and when its done its not great. Ive used this company twice. The first time was a full replacement of all our spouting. They were the quickest to quote which we accepted the following day and was told they would be in contact to arrange the installation date. They never contacted us and finally after repeated emails and calls the job was done. The installation team were good and friendly. This was a few years ago and weve found that our spouting overflows (right above our entranceway) in heavy rain (insufficient capacity in the spouting) and some areas dont have sufficient fall which causes water to back up and become stagnant in the spouting. I contacted them in January I about adding an additional down pipe. Again they were very quick to respond; around the following day to quote. We accepted the quote in February and now 4 months later theyve still not done the work and theres been no contact. Im going elsewhere. Services: Gutter installation, Gutter repairs
