I was extremely disappointed with this business. I dropped my caravan in for a few minor issues, which I went through personally with them on drop-off. When I collected the caravan, most of the issues I was told were tested, but no fault found, but they had installed 2 new park lights, which were not on my list, not required and that I was not asked about prior to the installation, but charged for. One of the main issues that I was told was not a problem, immediately became an issue again at pick-up, so they then replaced a simple O ring while I waited. When I queried the invoice a few days later and then chased for a response for 2-3 weeks, it was discovered that I was overcharged on the labour by double, that was then refunded, but they still were not prepared to offer any reduction in cost for carrying out the work that was not authorised. Based on my experience and lack of response and lack of compensation for carrying out unrequired and unauthorised work work, I would not recommend this company.
