I've had Rhino out to fix my home alarm system three times. The first visit was great, they fixed the issue. So when the alarm started self setting a year later I got them to look at it again. They've since looked at it twice (within the space of a month) - and the issue is still occurring. When I queried being charged full price for two visits where the fault was still occurring they've said "In regards to the current invoices, both still stand, however if you do decide to accept the quote to upgrade, we will remove one of the invoices from your account."
