Initially good communication prior to doing the work. One of the men picking up the chairs was extremely rude bordering on aggressive. Unfortunately the repair was of poor quality and customer service went downhill fast. Now left with two uncomfortable chairs. Disappointing considering the number of good reviews. Edit: To respond to owner's comments. Definitely your business unless it has changed ownership in which case I will delete the review. I paid $950 to repair the footrests on two recliner rockers in October 2020. The review is late as I have been stewing on the experience ever since. When I phoned the business and politely advised that areas of wood were visible after the repair the person on the phone shouted out to someone "that woman is on the phone complaining". I had to ask my husband to be at home when the chairs were picked up again as I has been unnerved by the first pick up. Not a dramatic response, but genuinely upset and I phoned to relay the experience.
