If youre having a marquee wedding, Cat is your gal! We had the setup/pack down and on-the-day coordination from Cat for a marquee wedding on a private property and she was amazing. The main thing for us was having someone who could setup and manage everything, meaning us, our family and guests could have a stress free day and we definitely achieved this. When I first told my parents I was getting a coordinator they didnt quite understand why we needed her but afterwards they said we dont know what we wouldve done without her! Thank-you Cat for everything you did, you were an unofficial bridesmaid making everything run seamlessly and we are so grateful! X

Cat from Fika Events was such a god send on our wedding day. Having a Marquee wedding on our farm we wanted someone who we could trust, and ensure they day would go smoothly. The best part was our families could enjoy the day and not worry about the small things Kat was there, thinking of everything! Cats on the day set up and pack down package is everything you could ask for on your special day! She even recorded our ceremony on my phone without me even asking her, what an angel! S & I xx

Only a month or so before our daughters wedding we decided to employ Kat from Fika events to help keep the show on the road. What an asset Kat was to our weekend. She arrived the day before and not only fitted in with everyone she helped out in so many ways that we hadnt expected. She managed to stay calm amid the chaos and on the day was so professional and unobtrusive. Just what we wanted!! It meant we were able to relax and enjoy the magic of such a special day!! I certainly wouldnt do another wedding without her!

Cat was absolutely amazing! From the moment we met her, to the organising and communication around what we imagined our wedding to be like- she just knew what to do. Our wedding day was made truely magical because of her and if there was an issue on the day- I didnt know about it! She made the day run smoothly, worked well with all of our vendors and was very organised. What amazed me most was that she stayed later to make sure everyone was ok and pack down was sorted. We can not recommend her enough. Loved her bubbly personality too! I was completely stress free on our big day and we both got to enjoy it without thinking about things going wrong. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding organiser- look no further- Cat is your lady! We loved her !

Cat was the best investment for our day Covid caused us to scale down from a guest list of 130 to an intimate ceremony and dinner for 50 at a completely new location just weeks out and nothing was a problem. Cat is organised, a great communicator, thoughtful, helpful and easy-going. Her nature ensured all of our bridal party enjoyed the day too as no-one had the tough job of keeping us on track! And she did it with a smile We had the best day, and Cat was a HUGE part of that. Highly reccomend!
