Recently I dealt with Brenda in the outlet store and purchased a free standing, sandal wood ( colour) vanity unit. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Today I emailed her to Thank her for the service and mentioned a small fitting issue with one of the drawers...she was very empathetic and passed my concern on to David who is part of the assembly / production / qaulity team. He rang me straight away to pop out the next day but as he was in the area ( on his way home from work ) he popped in today. What a delightful , well mannered man...he removed his boots before coming inside and in no time at all had rectified the minor issue. Bathco is very fortunate to have staff such as David and Brenda who are the face of and often first impressions of a company. In todays society I believe we have come to expect service below our expectations but in Brenda and Davids case they exceeded any expectations I had. Extremely disappointed with Bathco. They consistently over promise and under deliver. There is no customer service AT ALL, and I have come to find out they are known industry-wide for their lack of care and service. I can't believe they continue in business. You have been warned!!

Brenda was a super star and bent over backwards to help us. Great knowledge and so friendly. Definitely worth a visit
