I shopped in this store recently when on the hunt for curtains for a new home build. I'm completely new to buying curtains and had no idea where to start, but Sam made the process very easy and painless. She certainly knows her stuff and I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Sam for taking the time to make sure my Mum and I were comfortable with what I bought and for ordering the last set that weren't in stock. They arrived less than a week later. Excellent service!

They're only quick to respond when they're trying to get you to sign a contract with them. Their consultant stated lead time was 4 weeks and when you ask them for updates on the 4th week, you don't receive any response from them at all. If we only knew we were going to receive such poor service from them, we would have gone with a different company instead. Update: We contracted Curtain Studio to put up blinds and curtains for our new home in September. All the blinds have been put up today, January 31. 4 weeks vs 4 months? Absolutely horrible service and company!

I purchased a house lot of curtains and blinds from Emma at Curtain Studio and she was an absolute delight. We changed our mind a few times and each time it created a lot of work for Emma and she was always incredibly accommodating and had good recommendations for us. Incredible customer service. Emma is a huge asset to Curtain studio!!
