Beware of unexplained costs when receiving a quote. I contacted Gavin Lowe to request a quote to re-gas a heat pump. I was told that someone would need to be sent out to do this, which I though was slightly odd given a previous quote had been obtained over the phone. At no point was any cost or charge for this service mentioned so I went ahead. It wasn't until I received an invoice for just under $200 a few days later was I made aware there was a charge. I believe people should be aware of non disclosed costs when receiving quotes from this company. Service: Heating system repair
