Amazing service and workmanship and amazing prices. Installed a ducted heat pump at our new house and were professional and courteous! Great work in servicing as well. Have been so good we recommended them for work at both my parents and grandfathers houses as well.

Last month I had a heat pump fitted by the Christchurch branch of New Zealand Heat Pumps. I initially spoke with Aaron who assured me that his team had the expertise to do a neat job. Tyrone fitted the heat pump. The external unit was fitted under my veranda out of sight, with the piping going through the floor and under the house. The work involved a lot of crawling in confined spaces, but was done without complaint. Tyrone did a first class job. The cutting away of the skirting board was perfect and all his work was done in an exemplary manner. Even the clean-up after the job had been completed was done with perfection. The experience and service I received recently from New Zealand Heat Pumps was outstanding in every way. Aaron Trotter arrived to our home in Christchurch to quote on heat pump installation. He offered suggestions & product options and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful & professional. The quotes were sent through to me the very same day and I choose the Fujitsu 6Kw Hi Wall heat pump. Tyrone arrived to install a few weeks later and he was Amazing. He did the most incredible job, so skilled, efficient and a real pleasure to deal with. The extra touches, sweets & cordial gift were super nice and really thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble. Cindy the office manager was brilliant to deal with. Friendly, efficient and so pleasant to deal with. Such a welcoming change to have an organisation that exceeds excellence from beginning to completion. I can not recommend NZHP highly enough. The heat pump was very affordable and a huge asset to our home and comfort. These guys made everything so easy. Thank you all very very much..!!
