I have one of the Universal Head Units that was installed to my Mazda Atenza. The thing was really awesome but I didn't like that the Android Auto/Apple Carplay upgrade wasn't like a firmware update but rather a USB adapter that plugged into the USB port. This is all good and well except it then rendered the Steering Wheel controls useless when it came to changing songs to the next track. The reason for the 3 star though is that the touch screen became unresponsive after just a year and a half. Overall I really think OEM make great products, but just wish the screen was a bit longer lasting and that the customer service was better too. It's strange because every other review talks about the excellent service so yeah, not sure why I just get sent around in circles but nevermind. Glad everyone else's experience is better. UPDATED - I have since got in touch with the owner after posting this review and he offered for me to send my head unit down to him for repair. He repaired the unit at a very good price and got the unit back to me pretty quickly so I've upped my review to 5 stars. I still do wish the head unit itself came with Android Auto rather than having to rely on a USB dongle but it's better than not having it at all so I'm happy.

Had a new Apple car play unit installed in my 2016 Nissan Leaf. Amazing product at a very reasonable price. The staff are super friendly and really easy to deal with.
