      • Gray Mechanical

        Refused a refund for incorrect parts sent by Greg the Chrstchurch Manager as was returned over the 30 day return policy. Mechanic gave Greg the measurements of parts needed but was sent standard parts for vehicle instead of going off measurements. Told to speak to Hemi and sworn at by Hemi as apparently his guys would have known and not got something in so simple wrong. But Greg didn't listen sent incorrect parts. DO NOT RECOMMEND for trade suppliers. Have always paid on time and never had any issues but getting abused for Greg's mistake wasn't fair. Can see by other comments we are NOT the ONLY trade customer to be treated this way.
