        Friendly, good price, really helpful. They took the time to teach / explain some stuff with my bike which was very appreciated, you can tell they're passionate about helping people get out there and enjoy cycling including beginners.

        I ordered a bike for my wife from Japan, arranged to receive it when we arrive at Christchurch to enjoy New Zealand mountain bike experience. Had an issue with the courier but Rufus and Rohan made huge effort to made it possible! The bike works perfectory and she really enjoy it. I highly recommend Back Alley Bikes. Wish this shop is in my town! Thank you!!

        I took my bike to this guys to do a premium tune full suspension service! The job was well done but the offer in their website is $245 for the service and they charged me $967 without my previous approval or even inform me about the cost my bike is a 6yo bike and is not worth it to spend $967 in a service. I sent an complaint by email and they even did not reply i wont use this guys anymore! This is what I call get robbed!
