        One of their representatives (a lady from the credit checking branch in dunedin) were extremely rude with me, making implications that I was poor, saying things like "you're probably living week to week". This person had a condescending attitude and made racist and discriminatory remarks towards my financial status, I'm very disappointed. Unacceptable.
