I Went to celebrate 2 birthdays, the food was delicious and my granddaughter simply loved it! Our waitress was lovely.

Had a wonderful high tea experience, the food and drinks were lovely, the atmosphere was cosy and sophisticated and the staff were so nice! Would recommend :)

Booked private room for an important family function. On arrival we found that the private area had been given to another party. Our group was placed in the body of the restaurant where the chairs were so close together that only half of our group could sit. Food was served an hour after arrival, savouries were cold, service appalling. Family had traveled from all over the country to celebrate our grandmother's life with high tea/lunch. I cannot express how upset and disappointed I was . We will not be dining at Penny Black again.

We just had our high tea at Penny Black to celebrate our 1st Indokiwitalks Podcast. Did a little bit recording there and so pleased with everything. 1. The place was good with victorian style 2. The hightea selection was perfect as Penny Black able to accomodate the dietary needs 3. Overall service was outstanding I recommend to come to Penny Black for your hightea moment .
