Jordan and the team were awesome to deal with. No big sales spin but just informative and very knowledgeable about EV cars. I bought an Outlander PHEV and they spent a lot of time ensuring I knew everything about it. Very easy re trade in as well. Highly recommend

Over a period of time we interacted with Rob, Jordan, and Nick. All our questions were answered completely to our satisfaction, and we always had the impression that nothing was too much trouble. This is just as true after purchase as it was prior. The car itself was prepared to a very good standard, essentially it looks and feels like a brand new vehicle. PS The cutaway demo in your showroom is great to look at too.

We had a great experience with EV city buying our first electric vehicle. Jordan was a great help, very knowledgeable and took us through the whole process. If anyone is thinking of buying an EV I can highly recommend them.
