        Posted by Debbie stokes > mother. Company was recommended to me, got immediate reply to book appointment, which I accepted a day and time, no confirmation! Sent second email requesting address for my appointment, No reply, day of appointment 7.30am which I didnt see until 8.30am when I had arrived at work, apologising as not seen my messages, and attachment for payment and info needed for appointment and that it would only be a Zoom call! Replied in my only very short break and asked if this appointment was going ahead, finished my only half day working day, raced home only to find a can we rebook for tomorrow message! Livid, wasted a week of my time!!
