Gemma was (and always is ) very easy to deal with. My daughters past shoe styles and sizes were on file on her records which was so helpful. We needed shoes by certain dates for exams and we knew Pointe Boutique would make sure we had what we needed. Communication is the key and we were well informed and looked after.

I have no hesitation in recommending Gemma for fitting pointe shoes. She is particular in fitting the best brand and style of shoe for the foot and has a wonderful understanding of the dance requirement. Gemma goes out of her way to do the very best for you and her post service is admirable.
