I wanted some advice on insurance and an old lady with dark hair and glasses sat me down at her desk. I told her what I wanted to discuss and she said that she had to rush off to a meeting but would be back in 5 minutes. I was sat there waiting at her desk only for her to return half an hour later holding a McDonalds. After a further 20 minutes of waiting she finally came back to her desk and said that she's too busy to help me and gave me a card with a number to call. It seems these sales people will find time for you if you want to take out insurance but when you need help with something then they dont wanna know

I had a situation where my license had fallen out of my wallet somewhere so I was unable to get my rental car I had booked, the lovely lady on the counter made the process a breeze where her customer service could not of been to a better standard.

Very slow team. Took about 2 hours for a simple task. They need to add more staff and add younger to proceed applications

After spending 25 minutes on hold twice I decided to go to the AA Centre all I wanted was to change the email address on my partners membership that I took out for her because her English is not good on the phone, they took my money no problem and used my email address to set it up but wouldn't change the email address into her name. I took AA insurance documents that are in both names but they wouldn't accept that and told me to ring the0800 number that kept putting me on hold. What a waste of my time well it happened again the right hand dosen't know what the left hand is doing, everyone has their own idea but doesn't do things they promise. It's a joke really. Took me a total of 5 hours to sort out my roadside asist before they got it right so I could pay it
