Incredible bunch of people who really care about there staff they personally prefer temping and have been with them on and off for the past 9 years and wouldnt consider going anywhere else

I called into Canrecruit on 26/01/2023 to see the possible job opportunities that they had on offer, and to see if they aligned with what work I want to do. I unfortunately dealt with Jamie through this process, and had a chat with him for about 5 to 10 minutes. The next day I replied to his email saying that there was 1 potential job out of the short list he sent me that I could be interested in. His response was nothing short of appalling and extremely unprofessional. And this is less than 24 hours after I met him and heard about Canrecruit for the first time. He went onto say " No offence, but if you aren't ready now, I don't know when you'll be ready, so there isn't any point me continuously looking and offering if I'm going to get no all the time''. What other reason would there be to go into a recruitment agency other than to look for work. So in less than 24 hours he just showed how he behaves to someone that he only just met and doesn't know their life situation. In this day and age with health conditions people experience everyday. I have been working in the construction industry for a number of years and this is by far the rudest email I have ever received. Don't put no offence before a sentence that will cause offence because it doesn't work like that. I'm sure there are good people at Canrecruit that want to see you succeed in making a new career so I'm not throwing them under the bus. But by Jamie's email it's obvious he doesn't enjoy his job and has very bad people skills. Sorry about the 1 star rating but this solely relates to Jamie.
