        Thank you for choosing my zips for me. I appreciated the assistance as I am learning to sew. Unfortunately they are not going to work on my jacket as you sold me a closed end zip. I have tried to explain that it was not me who made the mistake however your non exchange policy for something that could be resold as it is still in perfect condition is very frustrating. I am really annoyed that I made the effort of coming in twice to get it sorted as the manger needed to be spoken to in order to sort this issue. Why not just say - there is no point coming back because we dont exchange zips?
