GET A GATE Christchurch

Came home to find that the contractor for my neighbors gate install had moved the fence boundary to accommodate gates and have also braced gates by adding timber on my section. Same other side of their drive on other adjacent neighbors . Very poor workmanship. GetaGate did the measure, supplied the gates and recommended the installer, now are washing their hands of any responsibility. Photo is of the ridiculous, bracing structure illegally built with no consent on my property. Bracing now removed and eventually a better install is almost complete. Shame GetaGate was so defensive and dismissive to myself and my neighbor rather than working together to sort out any issues.

Poor service, communication and delivery. Took over 5 weeks to get a gate which was in stock delivered to me. Gate finally arrived to find out the motor and accessories did not arrive. I had to continually chase them to get my ordered filled. Lee from the local shop turns out to be the guy on the 0800 number said he would drop the accessories off Friday then Monday then finally Tuesday he turned up. I took time off work to meet him and when he doesn't turn up it's not good enough. Would not recommend.
