F45 Training Sydenham

I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined F45 last year and Im so glad I did! The culture at F45 Sydenham is incredible. Everyone is super supportive, encouraging, and always up for a laugh! The trainers make me feel so positive about myself so gym anxiety isnt an issue. Theyre also incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always choose pretty great music playlists! Team training is definitely worth the hype and its amazing at F45 Sydenham!
