RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!! Janine is very rude and made me cry. Telling me how I cant accept people challenging me because I was being real to her without being rude. I was 20min late and I said that I was very sorry, my Uber was very slow as I come from overseas I dont drive here yet. And Ive apologized multiple times and she is telling me that well she cant do nothing and telling me all this thing about how its not her problem that Im late. Like literally I felt like she was talking to me like I was her daughter or something. Really messed up. And also Mackenzie 2 days go when I went to get my extensions once she didnt place my extension properly so I went back and I asked her if she could fix it as Im traveling and wont have time to come back and she said well I cant help you so I was like okay but I really need it and its literally 5 min job and she told me front of everyone well Im not taking any attitude right now ABSOLUTELY CRAZY TO ME.
