Filigree

At the time, my fianc and I had gone to two other Christchurch based jewellers before we were recommended to Filigree. We had surprisingly negative experiences with the other jewellers, who failed to work with us to design a ring we wanted using hairloom diamonds and rings. So when we shared our ideas with Filigree, we were super relieved they listened to us, worked along side us and told us what was possible with what we wanted to try and achieve. Importantly, they didn't try to make our ideas fit something they already had. They did a stunning job designing us a bespoke ring, and we wish we had gone to them in the first instance.

My partner and I visited Filigree to design a custom engagement ring. From the very beginning they were incredibly helpful and kind. My partner had no idea what she wanted and they looked into every single detail and designed the most beautiful ring. Each step was designed specially for her and every single detail was talked about. From beginning to end they were straightforward about everything. They contacted us regularly to keep us updated on the making of it. Even when there were hiccups, they did everything right. I couldnt even believe how beautiful it turned out. It exceeded our expectations ten fold. I cannot more highly recommend Filigree. They are excellent at what they do and make the whole experience incredible and special.
