        Useless staff servicing the post section of the store. Would not recommend their post services.

        They are friendly staff and they dont do kiwibank here. It is just postal and some nice affordable gift items or make up and the pharmacy is also very cool. The kiwibank nearest is just on the colombo street near The Crossing :)

        I can never organize redelivery with these guys online or on the automated phone service. They don't recognized the number on the card to call that is left. I always have to call up customer services. It's a real pain. I feel like someone is not updating the location of packages that get returned here after a failed delivery. My current package has been on its way back to the depot for 2 weeks. This is the third time this has happened to me and at this point it doesn't feel like a coincidence any more.
