honestly pathetic at this point, i have emailed three times tried calling and kept getting hung up on. i have my contract for my student loan and im waiting on you guys to confirm with my education provider to pay for my course and i was meant to start my study on march 13th this is absolutely ridiculous and the course im doing is compulsory for a job ill be doing like what the hell, all because of study link i cant even study

I was told twice my living loan application was corrected over the phone, it has not been. Now my application has not been found altogether although I was told I would be paid asap. This has been going on since December. Now I have had no money to pay my rent for the last fortnight. Ive tried calling multiple times this morning and can not even get put on hold due to alleged high call volumes? The automatic phone call just drops. This is appalling

Very unhelpful. Takes there sweet time getting anything done and is incredibly difficult to find out any information. Expected more from a government program

Course related costs and student loan haven't been processed, despite submitting the re-application back in October. First day today and I've not been able to purchase most of my items required for school. Call up after being on hold for an hour and a half to be told something that essentially boiled down to 'we didn't do it'. So NOW they're chasing it up the chain. You NEED more staff working on things and handling calls, this is ridiculous nor is it a new issue.
