had a 2500 dollar headstone with engraving done for my Aunty and they spelt my Auntys middle name right but since my Auntys name is also my nana's name they spelt my nana's name wrong adding an extra letter. Mind you we are Maori so the spelling was right in one part and wrong in the other part by their PERSON who was infront of us writing her on version of how you spell a MAORI name after we already told her how to spell it.. their mistake. after it was done we noticed the error and called to find why this has happened and realised they had made the error. to which there reply was to take 200 dollars off what they said it would cost to redo headstone for another 1500 dollars. So they wanted us to pay 1300 dollars for their mistake, and they take no responsibility for what they have done emotionally and financially to our whanau. Not happy so will go somewhere else to get this redone again and so there for I would not reccomend this company at all when they are only in this business to rip off the vulnerable and take as much money from them as possible. reviewZERO STARS. Decra Art you guys are disgusting business.

Great work on headstone adding Mothers name and cleaning up headstone like new. Would have got five stars but price went up and a lot of emails regarding fixing concrete base back and fourth back and fourth.Did get an apology thanks for that.Well,fixed the concrete base and paid the bill looks great but the hassle was it worth it?

I live in the UK but was able to communicate electronically with Decra Art regarding my Mother's headstone. They were always prompt in contacting me, accurate with their design proofs and timely in erecting the headstone. I would recommend this business to other families during their time of need.
