Kia Ora I am a working professional and recently relocated to the Christchurch. I myself and my wife were looking for brand new house to lease. We found a new house through Ruby Housing and I booked an appointment for the viewing. I saw the house it was exactly the same they advertised on their website and trade me. We really liked the house and decided to go with this house We are totally satisfied with the service of Ruby Housing I must say , they are so good at communication through the phone and emails. My experience with Ruby Housing has been great. Always easy to talk to and are always polite and cheerful. I do have two things id like changed in regards to flat inspections. One/ its ok recieving emails but i carrnt print anything so if there are any faults i carnt let you know. So a letter would be better for me then i can leave it on kitchen bench and 2nd/ once the flat inspection is done it would be nice to get some feedback. Was everything okay and if not what can i do better
