Jane has been a wonderful guide to helping us find the home we were seeking. Jane was recommended to us by another aget from another company who she helped find a home. I really owe him as Jane has been a wonderful supporter and guide into real estate in the Canterbury region. From day one Jane really listened to what we were after and gave us advice on what was and what was not likely or possible - within our price range. She located a range of properties that might be of interest, including some `wildcards' to test what we really wanted. She was patient with us when we changed our minds and used the feedback to come up with other recommendatons. We spent a total of 6 days in Christchurch looking before funally deciding to put in an offer on 42 Ebenezer Street. Jane guided us through the process and advised us evey step. Jane is an amasingly firendly person, who has great knowledge of the property market. She is especially dedicated to making sure the people she is working with get what they want and also get what is right for them. I cannot recommend Jane too highly.

Great service secured a quick sale. Amanda and Sophie (they work as a team) stood out from other agents with their energy and market knowledge. We thought they were the ones to be able to sell our house and we were right. We had an offer in 6 days that is now unconditional and moving towards settlement. Great follow up with all the complexities of the process and excellent communications throughout.

So Lucky to have had Sally Pomeroy -Fitzergerald as my Agent Sally was such a lovely person to work with when I sold my house recently. I was amazed how much work she had to do to run the Open Homes. Her professional attitude and her communication with me was outstanding. After the open home she would inform me of any interest in the property she had received. As well I appreciated the support she gave me during the auction. I would gladly recommend Sally to anyone buying or selling their home.

Couldnt ask for more. Rosa went above and beyond what Id expect from an estate agent; she walked us through every element of the selling process with a consistent sense of calm and reassurance. It was a sale through bereavement and she was not only knowledgable about probate and the legal process, but was kind and empathetic at all times. Rosa even helped sort our curtains - above and beyond! Thanks Rosa :)
