Containers & More

Overall pretty good in terms of price and product; the 30 ft container I hired was lovely: nice wooden deck and freshly painted. My only gripe was the customer-service, which although good was seriously lacking in other areas, for example: 2-3 times I was locked in the compound after hours because of a fault with the swipe-card they'd given me (it would let me in but not out!) imagine my panic when I had a child in the car and went to swipe out and the gate wouldn't open (luckily I had my phone with me and credit, as we do but still...). I called a security no. on the fench and they got through to the owner and the gate opened after about a 10 minute wait which felt like an eternity. What GOT ME though was his total lack of empathy for the situation, he seemed more 'annoyed' with my 'annoyance' than actually appreciating what had happened. NO APOLOGY nothing. This happened again but the next-time I was ready with his ph no. so it wasn't so bad and he opened it remotely with a minute but again it seemed more about covering his own butt rather than the customer, wasn't impressed. Other than that they weren't too bad.

I've found both times working with Containers and More, their staff very professional and knowledgeable. They also have some very affordable storage containers in a great central location.

Amazing what these guys can do with a shipping container. From a chemical store to a house, even a distillery.
