Rude. Product broke within an hour of using, was fixed but charged for fixing as claimed it had been broken by going off road. Off road meant om a stone driveway and the lawn. Would not listen to explanation or negotiate. Would not recommend.

Bought a kids mini bike for Xmas. Bike doesnt run and returned to the shop for repairs. Now February and bike still not back. Will take your money and leaves you high and dry. Best description of this operation is one of a crook.

We bought one of the city master scooters a couple of years ago now from day one we have had nothing but issues with the electric start and even the sales guy was having issues starting it on the day of purchase. We just recently replaced the cheap battery with a better battery with more cranking amp and it starts first pop so my advice to anyone that buys one of these scooters is to buy a better battery also other faults with these bikes are bad earth to the starter motor and a poor quality starter motor.
